Dimitris D. Moraitis is a senior executive, strategic advisor, and ICF & EMCC-accredited executive coach with more than three decades of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, consumer healthcare, and broader healthcare sectors. His career reflects a rare combination of strategic insight, commercial expertise, operational leadership, and human-centered executive development.

Throughout his professional journey, Dimitris has held senior and executive leadership positions across highly regulated and commercially demanding markets, leading business transformation initiatives, commercial operations, portfolio development, organisational growth, and international expansion strategies. His experience spans prescription medicines, consumer healthcare, diagnostics, healthcare distribution, and strategic business development, always with a strong focus on execution, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation.

Today, he serves on the Advisory Board of Cosmos Health Inc. (Nasdaq: COSM), where he previously held the role of Vice President of Strategy & Operations, contributing to the company's transformation and international growth strategy. Prior to Cosmos Health, he served as General Manager of Tikun Olam Europe and General Manager of VIAN S.A., part of the VIANEX Group, the leading pharmaceutical organisation in Greece.

Alongside his corporate leadership experience, Dimitris has also played an active role in shaping healthcare and pharmaceutical industry dialogue at both national and European level. His contributions include serving as President of the Greek Association of Consumer Healthcare Industry (EFEX), Board Member of the European Association of Consumer Healthcare Industry (AESGP), and Vice President of the Greek Infant Nutrition and Special Dietary Products Association (SEPTEDE).

Complementing his executive career, Dimitris earned the ICF-accredited Advanced Diploma in Coaching (Level 2, 150 hours) from the Athens Coaching Institute. This combination of deep industry expertise and certified executive coaching defines the philosophy behind ETHROS: bringing together strategic clarity, operational realism, leadership development, and meaningful organisational growth.
